Bio
I am an Artist. I am an Author. People in the United States have an aversion to purchasing original artwork. In order to pursue creating and support myself and my family, I have to perform tasks out there in the real world. I have had many jobs and several careers. I continue to write and paint. For the last two decades, I have been licensed to perform real estate transactions in Maryland and DC. Why real estate? It is a perfect spot to use all the knowledge I have gained in various jobs through the years. A Realtor is also the artist that creates a smooth transaction when you are buying or selling a home. I am an Artist first. I see the world clearly and hope that I can remove the shroud that seems to cover the things real estate agents say and do. I am JMac and have been described this way...He is a world-class negotiator, counselor, finance guru and also an accomplished artist. His real estate advice is sought by buyers, sellers and journalists alike. He has been quoted in the Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, radio stations across the nation including Chicago, LA, and Houston and various local radio, newspaper and online news sources. He has also been quoted in books written specifically for training new real estate agents.
