Bio
Matt Steinhauer had the great fortune of growing up in a home where being read to and reading were very important. His love of "story" has been life long and his creative pursuits have been carried through the diverse ways he has earned a living. He believes as much care should be taken when writing a personal letter as when writing a poem to be sure one's words have the best chance at being received in the manner they were intended. He currently serves as an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, and as an Assistant to the Bishop of the ELCA Southeastern Synod, as Director of Advocacy.
