Hi, I’m Jacquie. Welcome to my journey in gluten free living, inspiring others towards a healthy gluten free and dairy free life.
I have been Gluten Free for about seven years now and there have always been bad days and good days, trials and errors, and the smell of sweet success in the kitchen which brings lots of smiles, laughter and dancing of joy with every minute of feeling healthy.
I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a daughter, a sister and a friend always trying to share what I’ve learned on becoming healthy with those I love.
I love to cook and bake healthy, simple, low fat and of course delicious foods. Becoming Gluten Free has inspired me to be creative in the kitchen, either creating or tweaking a recipe here and there, only so it will be simple and delicious.
I’m excited to share my recipes with you. So grab an apron and join me in my kitchen. You might sing a little, dance a little and enjoy the smells and tastes of delicious Gluten Free food.
