Bio
VinoServant was created to help people make more informed decisions when they purchase wine in restaurants.
I moved to Northern California in September 1999 from New York City and I did not start learning about wine until the spring of 2001. I currently have between 600 to 700 bottles of red wine. The majority of these wines are cabernet and merlot based from California and France. I purchase on average 300 bottles of red wine each year with an average price of $35. I also enjoy white wine, and I purchase 200 bottles a year that cost between $12 and $20.
