Bio
My name is Joanne Leeson and I have recently completed my Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition, and will soon be commencing my studies in Dietetics. I am passionate about health and food, and believe you don't have to compromise on taste when it comes to preparing nutritious meals. There are an abundance of delicious ingredients out there that can be used in cooking whilst also contributing to good health and I hope to show you these. Enjoy!
