Bio
I'm a husband of 36 years to my beautiful wife and college sweetheart, Janet. We have 6 children from age 18 to 33 and 6 grandchildren. Having spent many years in corporate life I wanted to leave that structure and be more entrepreneurial.
I am a cost segregation specialist with CSSI, LLC. Our firm conducts engineering-based cost segregation studies to save the building owners on their taxes and increase their cash flow. I'm also a licensed real estate broker, REALTOR® and investor with eXp Realty specializing in Greenville, SC. I've been licensed since 2003 and a broker since 2007.
I enjoy exercise - especially the social aspect of group fitness classes - big fan of Sportsclub in Five Forks. I'm always engrossed in a good book or two despite the distraction of the phone. I enjoy getting to know new people and networking. I look forward to connecting with you.
