Bio
I decided stand up and do my part to help solve the worldwide blog shortage and add more content to a withering internet starved for material. These jokes are all original, all written by me although some of them may sound very familiar because they often use a common structure. Some of them are outright jokes, some are puns, some are statements and others look like a line out of a script. Everything is intended to be funny and not to offend, however, if you enjoy being offended, please feel free to do so.
I grew up watching British TV comedies and they have definitely shaped my sense of humour. Douglas Adams is a favourite writer of mine. I also lived in England for a short while which gave me a better sense of the country and its wonderful sense of humour. I run a French conversation group and you’ll notice how that creeps into some of the jokes.
All of this material flows through me without effort and is rather like mental diarrhea and yes sometimes it really stinks. I keep a pad of paper and a pen next to my bed because as I am trying to fall asleep, I inevitably come up with a few new ones before my brain finally shuts down for the night.
Humour is a wonderful thing and can make you laugh and feel much better. I hope you feel better. That is my intention.
