Bio
Howdy! My name is Jonathan David Carroll and I’m a junior Marketing major at Texas A&M University. That sentence, alone, is the reason for my social networking explosion within the last week. What was once just a Facebook page has—within two days—become Facebook, Twitter, Google , Blogger, WordPress, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Flickr, and a website with my own personal domain name. Get ready people.
So why does the fact that I’m a junior at Texas A&M mean I had to go social networking insane? It doesn’t… so I thought. But then everyone and their dog are walking around campus holding resumes just waiting to get recruited and I stand alone not having a clue what I want to do with my life.
My passion is filmmaking and has been for a very long time. Unfortunately, Texas A&M doesn’t have a major for what I’d like to do—or anything close. I recently applied for an internship that required me to create a portfolio and resume. I decided to create a website with everything all in one place. The reason for me going psycho on the social networking is simply to have connections to everyone in at least one way.
So here I am.
