I am a 24 year old Real Estate Investor from Columbus, Ga. I own and operate 2ndChanceHouses.com a Property Management and Real Estate Investment company. After finishing Kendrick High School in 2001 I really didn't have a idea of what I wanted to do with my life. Then one day while on vacation with my Girlfriend. I saw a TV Commerical for Carlton Sheets. A Real Estate Investor turned Guru who sold a course on how to buy Real Estate with "No Money Down".
Seeing that commerical was the start of me finding my path in life. While the course was a great start. It still didnt teach me everything I needed to know. So, I went out and started to learn everything I could from books, the internet, people, courses and etc. After many failures I eventually found small success and bought my first property. Now I own and operate 2ndchancehouses.Com a small Property Management and Real Estate Investment Company.
