Bio
Joshua Olatunde was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. His Off-Broadway credits as a Playwright include One Life: The Sidney Poitier Story, 25 Days in Kuwait and An Immigrant Nation. He’s also worked as a Regional/Off-Broadway Producer to The Titus Walker Theatre (“The Complete Works of Shakespeare, 2002), The Pantheon Theatre (“Antigone”, 2006), The Blue HERON Theatre (“Dutchman”, 2004) and The Children’s Theatre Center of New Jersey. He currently runs H.E.L.P. for Youth, Inc., a non-profit theatre company providing educational entertainment to elementary schools across the U.S.
Mr. Olatunde received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Creative Writing from Hunter College in New York City and will be pursuing his Master’s at Harvard University.
