Bio
I graduated from Indian Institute of Technology in 1967. I obtained a MS in Civil Engineer from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1969. And, I was enrolled in the PhD program in Public Policy at CMU between 1970 and 1973. I have been a consultant in public policy in environment and energy for the last 35 years. I also served on the Town Council of the Town of Herndon for two years (2010-2012). This site has been developed to address many short and long-term issues that beset the town.
