Bio
For the past 27 years, I have owned an operated a home health care service for seniors. It has been a fufiling and rewarding career, helping others in need. We will all be seniors one day...and I certainly want someone to be taking care of me in my golden years :)
Seven years ago, after an ordeal in business, I self-published a memoir about the financial abuse of seniors. An unpleasant, but all to real topic.
Having fallen in love with Jamaica, I have been traveling there often for the past 20 years. The beautiful blue Caribbean waters, the fabulous food and friendly islanders beckon me back every time.
Cooking has always been a passion, spending Sunday's going through my cookbooks and planning out delicious Sunday meals. Photography has become my passion, putting my efforts now into food photography and styling.
Life is definitely a journey...and we are never too old to try new things!
