Bio
John Thompson has served as a missionary and pastor for 30 years. He has taught in many churches, Bible colleges, and seminaries on urban ministry as well as making disciples. With two books to his credit, John wrote: Urban Impact: Reaching the World Through Effective Urban Ministry and Changing the Landscape of Eternity: Transforming Believers into Disciples. Currently, John Serves as a missionary with the Navigators Church Ministry, coaching pastors on making disciples of Jesus. Married for 45 years John and his wife have four adult children, all faithfully serving the Lord in the city of Chicago.
