Bio
Hi there and welcome! In my professional life I am a trauma focused body psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience in the field of Post Traumatic Stress as a result of combat, abuse, violence and the tough stuff that life sometimes throws at us. I also lectured for many years at various educational institutions on Touch therapies, both for adults, infants and children.
In my personal life, I have been blessed with a loving partner, two amazing children with amazing spouses, and three ( almost going on four) incredibly delicious grandchildren.
I have learned so much on this journey called life. The dirty laundry, and how to get it clean. I hope you will find something helpful somewhere in the pile.
