I am Austin's sister and since September 28, 2013 I've been investigating the murder of my brother Austin Monroe Herd. Austin left my home on a trip to Portland Oregon where his daughter and many of his friends lived. He was contacted by a friend in Oregon who promised him a job and to pay back money he owed Austin. Two days later he was dead. Austin never made it to Portland to see his daughter and friends. The so-called friend who invited Austin up there never offered any of the money he owed Austin to help with his final expenses or asked if there would be a service for Austin. This same guy also ceased all communication with Austin's family but was still in contact with the person he blames for Austin's death. The Multnomah County Medical Examiner's office ruled his death an accident, I strongly disagree. I will prove Austin was murdered and my brother will rest in peace knowing I did everything I could to clear his name and have it spoken by all with respect.
