Bio
I am a native of Marshall, Missouri, a small agricultural community in the heart of mid-Missouri. I studied at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy with a minor in Religion. I had a blast in college and made some of my closest friends there, and have been equally blessed here at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary where I presently study for pastoral ministry. I love long walks on the beach...ok, maybe not...but I have grown to like the beach...I'm from landlocked country...give me a break. I do love kids and hope to have a big family some day and have a ball workin' with the little curtain-climbers at the YMCA. Tentatively, I plan on graduating from seminary in the May of 2007 and going back to Des Moines, Iowa, to help start a church plant in partnership with the North American Mission Board (SBC) and the Baptist Convention of Iowa. Nicknames I have include Bubba, JT, Jay-tay, Feffy, Taylor, Maverick, Dr. Feffer, Rev, Brother Bear (well, only Brad Canalejo calls me this) and Magnum. Oh, and if you ask Kevin Schaub, I'm apparently a mugg...So, yeah, that's me...
