Hi
I’m an international personal safety and karate seminar instructor, a martial arts and self protection author, co-curricular education specialist, and a two-time transplant survivor.
I’m the author of 6 internationally acclaimed books on the effective integrated application of traditional karate kata and orienting training towards self defence. My seminars, books, youtube videos and articles are popular with groups and individuals looking to adopt a practical researched and empirical approach to traditional martial arts and effective self defence.
