Meet Karen Leigh McConnell I am a licensed REALTORĀ® who believes Obedience, Loyalty, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Accountability and Reasonable Care/Diligence are the touchstones of a successful relationship with my clients. I am fortunate to be a REALTORĀ® with Red Realty, LLC., not only do their values and ethics match those that I believe in, but the managing broker will fight for my clients just as hard as I do, I also have an amazing mentor/partner who works with me to help make me the best agent I can be. Red Realty is a resimercial (residential/commercial real estate) real estate brokerage, because of our collaborative environment, I am confident in all aspects of real estate, including; Residential, Commercial, Vacant Lot/Land Sales, Rentals and Property Management. Prior to this role, I was an owner/operator at Poodles Creative & Administrative Services, where I specialized in marketing, communication, graphic design, website development and virtual assistant services as well as social media management. I attended MTSU from 2007-2012 for Mass Comm and Marketing. I am also a Notary Public in Rutherford County, a member of the Murfreesboro Breakfast Rotary Club, a member in good standing at MTAR (Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS) and on the Education Committee at MTAR since March 2022. As an avid dog lover, one of my passion charities is the Tennessee Dachshund Rescue https://tndachshundrescue.com Iāve overcome a lot of adversity in my youth, and I am a domestic violence survivor. I wholeheartedly believe anyone can overcome and achieve their dreams with the right efforts. I am happily married with 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren (soon to be 4).
