Bio
I've learned so many lessons the hard way! My life could have been so much easier and happier if I'd known earlier what I know now.
I've discovered four practices that help me live the life I long to live (as long as I practice them), and I'll blog about how I'm using them in my everyday life.
I'm writing a book (isn't everybody?) where I talk more about the four practices and how they've changed me and my life; what I've learned about learning to trust myself when I make decisions, learning to say no without feeling guilty, learning to choose what I want and who I want to be with kindly, and so much more. In the meantime, I hope you'll enjoy my blog.
