Bio
I realized a childhood dream of becoming a teacher where I was able to inspire and be inspired by students and pass on my love of learning and writing. I hold a BA and MA as well as a certificate in Educational Therapy. Watching my mother's struggle with dementia, I wrote a blog about her experience which I have now published as a book My Mother Is Losing Her Memory and I Am Losing My Mind. I also have my writings in anthologies and published a book of poems. I live with my husband in Palm Desert, California. You can visit my website at kathybjork.com
