Bio

I started my own company after chronic illness made it impossible to continue working. Now I create individualized pain management plans using: medical, non-medical, nutritional and lifestyle changes for those with chronic pain and illness as well as manage my own chronic conditions. I was a kindergarten teacher in my first career.
