Bio
Kayla Anderson is an artist and writer based in Chicago, IL. She currently holds a BFA in Film, Video and New Media and is a candidate for a BA in Visual and Critical Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work has shown at galleries, museums, and festivals throughout the United States. Spanning the categories of multimedia installation, performance, and writing, her work focuses on the boundaries between subjects and objects and expressions of animism in western capitalist society.
