About Me, Karen B.
As a reliable, responsible and dedicated employee in the work force for the last 30+ years, l truly feel that it is all of life’s experiences that bring me to where l am today, in my desire to become an entrepreneur & having this interest in starting up my own new business venture.
The idea of employing one’s self and operating my own business in not foreign to me. I was fortunate enough to have grown up in a family owned business, so l think it is fair to say, “it has always been in my blood.” In the mid 1980’s l went in partnership to established my own little take-out pizza place ( owned & operated ) dabbling my toes in the waters of self-employment with 2 small children resulted in me selling my interest in the business early on, to concentrate primarily on raising my young family. Always, having the inclination that one day l would be in business for myself again, so here l am.
When deciding that one wants to go into business for one’s self, we reflect upon the skills that we have acquired throughout the years. What are we really great at? What service can we bring to the table to assist others? I thrive in planning out my days, organizing my work place & paying attention to the details in life, and sometimes with our busy schedules we can’t always accomplish what we hope for in a day. That is where l come in, your Personal Assistant.
So, whatever it is you may require from cleaning, decluttering & organizing your space, whether you require errands to be run such as pick-ups, deliveries & miscellaneous shopping, possibly we need to assist in time management & scheduling skills, you may be looking for some creative ideas for your home or ways to better promote yourself & your business, perhaps you are going away and require a house sitter. I even love to cook, preparing for parties & entertaining.
There are numerous projects you could have going on in your life right now that just require that little extra help, from the smallest of details to the biggest of events, l can assist.
