Bio
Working with me is a little different, the amount of couples and co-parents I treat are probably more than the average therapist sees. My whole focus is relationships and so the work is much more specifically targeted to be on areas related to how the negative communication cycle is impacting you both. These negative communication cycles are quite often behind the impasses you find yourself in with either your parter or your co-parent. I have had the training to help you both address these cycles and find ways through the impasses, it's literally the focus of what I do everyday, five days per week!

My work as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Coach gives me the opportunity to meet incredible, successful people who seek change in their lives. I have a Master’s in Counseling and a Master’s in Education, have been married for thirty years, and have two children, ages 16 and 26 and a 5 pound Chihuahua that takes care of all of us.
My private practice in Ridgefield, CT is a very special place, which exclusively serves couples and co-parents.
