Bio
Hello Everyone,
I'm Kenzy Knoxx, a beginner acrylic painting artist and acrylic paint tutorial reviewer/commentary provider and "tutorialist" (as I like to call it) too, I guess. I truly, truly enjoy following acrylic painting tutorials and completing each painting without too much of a struggle.
I believe painting should be enjoyable, relaxing, and also semi-challenging. You should always try to better yourself with whatever you are doing. There's nothing better than completing a painting tutorial and ending up with something that you are extremely proud of.
That being said, that's exactly where I come in. A lot of acrylic tutorials/artists out there are "good," but very few are "great." As an acrylic art tutorial reviewer/commentator, I find random acrylic artists that provide tutorials for others to follow, and start painting along with them. I do not watch the tutorial before painting it. Each painting tutorial I follow is the very first time that I see the video.
Sometimes the paintings come out great, and sometimes, not so great. It all depends on the artist or teacher, their direction, and their ability to explain things clearly.
Sometimes, if I feel that a certain techniques may be easier to use to achieve certain looks, I may suggest using it. I not only suggest alternative options for techniques, I also provide alternative options for brushes and paint colors as well, because we don't all use or have the same exact painting set, or at least I don't.
I also paint these videos such that others can feel the enjoyment and achievement and self fulfilment that can be felt when accomplishing something so beautiful, such as some of these paintings. And did I mention that painting can be therapeutic as well?
