Bio
I am an experienced HR Manager and Business Partner, qualified to CIPD level 7. I have extensive operational knowledge in partnering and engaging with business leaders and managers to determine, deliver and facilitate commercially sound business solutions. My background includes working within a complex, multinational, matrix organisation and (on a clients site), for a provider of managed services.
Range of expertise: My experience positions me well to offer small and medium sized businesses, assistance with leading and delivering in relation to practical, best-fit solutions concerned with:
- change management,
- redundancies and restructures,
- TUPE,
- employee relations,
- managing conflict and mediation,
- performance management,
- talent management,
- employee engagement,
- development and;
- coaching.
I also lend my expertise to teaching adults at levels 3 and 5, which is something else I very much enjoy. This work, I feel, adds a real roundness to my practice - and ensures I am kept up to date with the latest updates and trends!
