I'm an IT professional with 8 years of experience. I used to work as a 1st, 2nd and 3rd line level support, IT Manager and Systems Administrator. I have had exposure to many technologies, such as Windows Server, Ubuntu Server, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec Netbackup, ESET SmartSecurity, Cisco VPN tunnels, Cisco switches and routers, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V.
