Bio
Hi, my name is Kimberly Jovanus and I have just finished my second year at Saddleback College. I was planning to transfer to FIDM as a Visual Communications major, but decided not to pursue it because although it would be a great opportunity, I felt it wasn't worth attending for its extremely pricy tuition. So, I am spending an extra semester in the fall to transfer in the Spring to Cal State Long Beach as a Fashion Merchandising major. My hobbies include, running and drawing. I ran cross country for the first time in college, and ran a successful 2 years as a Gaucho runner. I have ran track and field for 1.5 years in high school, and 1 year at Saddleback. I like to doodle whenever I can, which is why I am pursuing a major that can focus towards design and the creative aspect of the fashion industry. I want to start out working for a company to gain experience in design and the creative development of making all visual aspects of the company look good, such as store fronts, decoration, social media, and anything else that a visual coordinator can do to critique the "look" of the company. Eventually, I hope to use my gained experience to build up my own company so I can be my own boss.
