Bio
I founded The Conwell Group to enable the success of others, whether that is the success of organizations or their leaders, or the success of individuals. The problem, as I see it, is that we need two things that are hard to come by on your own: time and accountability. I provide time to organizational leaders by offering Executive Breakfasts where leaders can hear about the latest thought leadership during a concise one and one-half hour breakfast meeting. I provide accountability to individuals as an independent health coach ofr Take Shape for Life as well as through one-on-one career advising. I'm also the Development Director for Sotterley Plantation, a beautiful National Historic Landmark, the only remaining tidewater plantation in Maryland still open to the public, providing education and enrichment on the banks of the Patuxent River.
