Bio
Kris has maintained a personal journal since the age of seven. As an adult, she has published several articles and wrote an ebook, Creating Your Own Yoga Practice. Her writing includes both fiction and non-fiction. She’s held a wide variety of jobs including software engineer, stay-at-home mom, yoga guide, and math teacher. She’s traveled to four continents and is hoping to move to the mountains of North Carolina with her husband and their dachshund, Pippin.
