Kareem A. Sykes currently serves as Managing Partner and Director of Programs FTS Consulting Group, LLC., a Minority & Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, consisting of partners with decades of experience specializing in Fire Protection/Fire Alarm Design/Engineering, Construction Management, HVAC, and Security Design Services. Mr. Sykes provides C-Suite program, project, contract, and financial management as well as business development support for Fire Protection, Mechanical Engineering and Construction Management efforts. Mr. Sykes’ contractual vehicle purview spans the pursuit and execution of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost+, Time and Material (T&M) engagements. Kareem has provided support for multimillion dollar proposal development, staff augmentation, and management efforts – identifying key personnel, strategic partnership alliances etc. Mr. Sykes has developed and articulated past performance, as it relates to several requests for proposals, request for information, composition, and execution of strategic memorandums of understanding, and review of non-disclosure agreements.
