Hi Everyone,
For those of you I haven't yet met, my name is Chris Martin and I have filled a few different roles here at Keller Williams. My business partner Cynthia Haskins and I have run a succesful sales team for a few years. I am also the Operating Partner at our KW Charleston North office. Most importantly though (at least as far as this blog goes), I am the KW city-wide Productivity Coach.
To say that our coaching program at Keller Williams has been a smash success would be an understatement. Since the inception of this accountability-focused program, the productivity of the agents in this coaching program has exceeded that of comparable agents not in coaching by over 160%!
