Bio
After falling violently ill due to bacterial infections, I made it a top priority in life to find easy and effective ways of sanitizing and staying healthy. Learning to stay healthy on a dime is very possible and I intend to pass my knowledge to everyone interested. My expertise is in healthy lifestyle coaching whether it be fitness, nutrition, or even sterilization.
