Welcome to my blog! Here you’ll find genealogy, resources, inspiration, and my own family tree. I'm a retired English Teacher who's been a family historian for over 50 years. Projects include hosting the Lyman County South Dakota Genealogy Trails web site, volunteering for the Brown County Library History and Genealogy Department (Green Bay, WI) transcribing historical narratives, and writing up the history of the Seehausen Family. I hope to share my love for tracing one's ancestors as well as provide tips and resources to help make the journey a bit more comfortable!
