Bio
Born, raised and educated in Uganda. Moved to Canada Sept. 1989. Attended graduate schools in Montreal and Halifax, Canada. Employed in the service of the federal government of Canada as financial systems analyst and management accountant. Triple citizenship being Ugandan by birth, Canadian by naturalization, Tanzanian by marriage. Married devout Baptist Christian - I believe that Omnia Vincit Amor.
