To whom is may concern:
As a young entrepreneur Samantha La Manna seeks to obtain a challenging leadership position in the culinary industry. She hopes to grow as an individual and member of the community. She is an extremely hard worker and is able to maintain level headiness under stress.
Samantha has worked in the industry a total of eight years but in the kitchen for six, starting as a pizza cook to running a penthouse lounge. After graduating with my Bachelors in Communications she decided she needed to learn more about her true passion in the culinary arts. She left her last job as a sauté cook at a French bistro and went to continue her development in culinary school at International Culinary Center.
Currently, Samantha is aiming to work with like-minded people who are forward thinking and innovative in terms of cuisine.
After being in a country where everything thing is sourced naturally and locally she would like to work with a chef and team that shares a common desire for sustainability and seasonality.
Her greatest desire as a cook is to learn as much as possible from talented people who are inspired and excited about food.
Samantha is also an activity enthusiast and spends her free time running, surfing, biking or taking part in anything that is out doors.
Samantha is extremely close to her family and friends. Samantha was raised on the concepts of honesty, trust, respect and teamwork. It is important that her work environment upholds these same key traits.
