Bio
What can I say? I’m a foodie. I love eating, I enjoy shopping for food, I embrace entertaining. Thanks to my full-time job, I have very limited free time in which to do any of this.
I don’t have any formal food prep. training, just years of trial and error. I experiment, and uphold the “no apologies” cooking theory.
So please come and join me in the saftey of the fortress. Try my ideas, and adjust them to your liking. Your input and ideas are always welcome.
