Bio
Lauriebell’s Bakery and Cafe is the vision of Lauren Bradley, whose dream is to someday own her own bakery and cafe where patrons can bring their family and friends for a warm comforting meal with a sweet treat for dessert. She is passionate about simple, comfort food that packs lots of flavor from simple, fresh ingredients.
Her blog began as an answer to her frustration with cookbooks without photos for each dish. Lauren wanted a place she could share recipes with her family and friends with pictures not only of what the dish should look like as a finished product but also photos of how it will look along the way. She hopes to eventually turn this concept into a cookbook filled with delightful dishes with everyday ingredients found in your store cupboard.
Lauren grew up in Pittsburgh, PA but currently resides in London, UK with her husband.
