Hello, Goedendag, Hallo, Hoi!
I'm Liz and somehow I've found myself living in Amsterdam, NL. How I got here isn't an easy or quick story, but suffice it to say, it probably wasn't what someone would consider a normal way.
The story is long and involved -- or maybe it's short, and that's the really weird part -- but regardless of how I got here, I'm here.
And as someone who once followed a raw, vegan diet and got her thrills by going to farmers markets and ethnic markets on the weekends, living in a place that loooooves its fried food and slathers everything in mayo has been a switch. But, here I am ... trying to find a way to live healthy and sharing those learnings with you.
