Bio
Originally from Mexico, Sukhdev Kaur Khalsa has been a pioneer of Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma in the Baltics since the early 2000s. She serves as the director of the Guru Ram Das Ashram in Estonia and leads international Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings. With over two decades of experience, her work integrates yogic foundations, humanology, women’s teachings, and community building.
Rooted in her Sikh faith and a deep commitment to service, Sukhdev Kaur is dedicated to creating spaces where people can experience transformation, connection, and the radiance of the soul. She directs the Dharamsaal School for Kundalini Yoga and Humanology in Estonia, teaches extensively across Europe, and serves as Lead Trainer at the Centro de Kundalini Yoga y Tecnologías del Espíritu in her hometown of Guadalajara, Mexico. She is also the
Director of Continuing Education at Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar, India, supporting the next generation through spiritual and academic excellence.
