Bio
I live in Australia, a beautiful country with an abundance of fresh produce of every kind. I have a family of 3 grown up children and a teenager still at home plus 2 grown up step children, all of whom my husband and I are very proud of. We have recently become grandparents, Andrews daughter has two girls and my son has a son, they are the light of our lives.
I have a Maltese heritage which I love and have a passion for all things Italian. My favourite travel memory is of my husband and I driving around Italy a couple of years ago, for several weeks with no plans or fixed destinations...magic! A recent trip to Sicily showed me the saying “Sicily is the soul of Italy” to be true.
I love reading, writing, knitting, travel of any kind and of course food and cooking. Keeping healthy through diet and exercise have also become important to me. I'd like to share some of my food experiences here, I hope you enjoy it and find some inspiration also.
