Bio
I am a Real Estate Broker and Co-Owner of CIF Property Management located in Capitola, CA. The business is shared with two other Owners/Property Managers. We manage both residential and commerial properties throughout Santa Cruz County.
I have a degree in accounting and started my career as a CPA. I am very detailed oriented and analytical by nature and these attribute come in handy in the property management business.
I love what I do. Every day is differnent and I enjoy interacting with people. Don't get me wrong; dealing with maintenance issues are not always "fun", but each one is a "learning" experience.
As I write about my experinces in this business, I hope you will find my blog "fun" and maybe "learn" something new at the same time.
