Bio
I have been creating Christmas Magic for over 30 years.
It all started at an early age when I would take over my parent's house for Christmas. My Creations included: A Magical Christmas Forest with numerous sparkling snow flocked trees,elves and snowmen on ice skating ponds : Mrs Santa in her kitchen with her Elves baking cookies:Traditional Christmas card settings of Norman Rockwell.
I was inspired years ago by the large department stores like J.L. Hudsons and Macey's that would create Christmas Fantasy Lands for kids to wonder thru to get to Santa. These Wonderlands were much more theatrical then those of today. To my young eyes they were very magical, and I so wanted to re-create these vignettes for myself so I could spend more time experiencing them.
I soon out grew my parent's house, and began to decorate Christmas for friends and relatives. As I grew older, I became more sophisticated in my work and I realized that I had natural talent for this work.
By word of mouth, and years of creating Christmas Magic I entered the commercial scene. In addition to doing residential christmas homes with traditional decor, I found my way into resorts,retail establishments, and casinos....and yes I was able to create those theatrical Fantasy Lands that once inspired me as a kid.
This brings me to today when I still create thru the wide eyes of a child looking at the Magic of Christmas. With the unfortunate occurrence, of a loss of a portfolio of a career due to a computer crash, I was left with some obscure photos of poor quality that I have posted on my blog.
