Ex MMA fighter due to back injury which now is healed. Web site owner, Father to a beautiful little girl, Brother/son to a great family, and I am old fashioned. I am here to start something that has been done, yes. But I am hoping to help anyone who would read, listen, feel the need to eat right and exercise daily.
