I am 28 years old. Born and raised in good ole Wisconsin. I love God and believe in him with all heart and soul. I love fitness. I love food. My family and friends mean the world to me! I am here to teach about fitness beyond the six-pack and incorporate a positive mindset, faith, and fun into your daily routine!
