Bio

A Pharmacist for life. I have decided to make my own blog as people who knew me as a pharmacist would often ask me health-related issues even when I am not at work. To me it is an honour to be asked as it means they are giving me their trust. This blog hopefully would be able to reach out to people who wanted good quality advice on their health.
