Bio
I'm 34, with 2 boys, aged 7 and 9. I struggle with Lupus and many problems associated with it, so I have set out to find ways to help deal with and eventually cure my Lupus. I am now living a whole foods plant based lifestyle and have seen amazing changes in my body because of it. I want to share my experience as a mom, lupus warrior and a new vegan to help others who deal with chronic diseases.
