Bio
Photography found me more than I found photography. I've always been an artist. I've been successful with stained glass, painting, clay sculptures and more. I left all the photography up to my husband who has a penchant for film and monochromatic images in particular. It suddenly became clear to me that I was pointing out vignettes, for HIM to shoot, which I found fascinating. He doesn't really see things the way I do and I was frustrated with trying to have him capture images for me. So I went right out and bought a little point and shoot digital camera. Folks started taking notice of the artistic stamp I put on every one of my photos. I was getting great feedback. I took control of my husband's more advanced digital camera (which he rarely used anyway) and never looked back. I was hooked.
