Bio
Originally from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, was in two branches of the military:
U.S. Army Military Police Corps and the U.S. Navy as an Independent Duty Hospital Corpsman HM2 for 7 years, also was attached to the U.S. Marine Corps for 5 of my 7 years in the Navy in various Marine units including 1st Marine Expeditionary Unit which are the Marine Corps "Rapid Reactionary Force" they are the units that are small but well equipped fast attack units that can be quickly deployed in a crisis, when the President calls 911 this is the unit that answers the phone. I was also in the Virginia National Guard for one year after getting out of the Navy and was a 2nd Lieutenant in the Fallon Nevada Civil Air Patrol while stationed at Naval Air Station Fallon Nevada, everyone in the Civil Air Patrol is a volunteer and it is a great way to give back to your community. I mentored younger members , provided search & rescue, and was the designated medical liaison officer since I had a lot of medical training from the Navy and years previous to the Navy in Pittsburgh Pa as a volunteer fireman and EMT on the rescue squad.
