Bio
I'm turning 40 in 2 weeks. I feel like I could be 12. I love running, people, and my family. I am going on 11 years of starting a private personal training and lifestyle fitness coaching business on West Grand Traverse Bay. I love my clients and put everything I can into helping them succeed. I have lived in a very beautiful vacation town most of my life. I am immensely blessed to be married to a man that loves me and my two awesome children. He supports me entirely. I strive to do my best both physically and with my actions towards others. My heart is wide open to finding truth and compassion in the world.
